Process

We keep the process direct because the work is already technical enough. Nobody needs a ceremonial discovery phase with seven adjectives and no decisions.

Scope the mess

We learn what exists, what hurts, who depends on it, what has already been tried, and what “done” needs to mean in the real world.

Pick the right shape

Sometimes the answer is a plugin. Sometimes it is hosting. Sometimes it is a migration, an audit, a prototype, or a strong recommendation to stop feeding the problem.

Build, document, hand off

We implement the useful thing, test it, explain the tradeoffs, and leave behind enough documentation that future-you does not have to become an archaeologist.
