Privacy

Short version: we collect the information you send through the contact form, use it to respond, and try very hard not to turn basic website analytics into a surveillance hobby.

Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form, the site collects the fields shown on the form, including your name, email address, project lane, timeline, budget note, and message. Those submissions are processed by Contact Form 7 and stored in WordPress using Flamingo so we can review and respond to inquiries.

Analytics

We plan to use Plausible Analytics. Plausible is intended to give us aggregate traffic information without the heavyweight tracking circus. We use that data to understand whether the site is useful, not to build a dossier on people who clicked “Services” twice.

What we do with the data

We use form submissions to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, and maintain basic business records. We do not sell contact form submissions. We do not publish them. Please do not send sensitive credentials through the form. If credentials are needed, we will sort out a better way to handle that.

Data cleanup

Old inquiries may be deleted periodically when they are no longer useful. If you want a prior submission removed, use the contact form and say so clearly.

Third-party services

Form handling uses WordPress, Contact Form 7, and Flamingo. Analytics will use Plausible. Hosting, spam protection, and mail delivery may add their own processing when the site goes live, and this page should be updated when those services are finalized.
